Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain diagnostic instrumentation across hospital and lab environments in Canada. The role reports to the Canada Central District Manager and covers Southwestern Ontario and nearby regions.

You will travel up to 60% of the time, perform preventive maintenance, and deliver technical training while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or higher in Biomedical Engineering Technology or Electronics Engineering Technology, with a minimum of 3 years of relatable field service experience.
• Experience using Hematology instrumentation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 60% of the time, including overnight travel; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, validate and perform preventive maintenance on designated instrumentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical training on diagnostic products and systems.
• Travel across the district and Canada, building strong customer relationships and acting as a trusted partner.
