Greater Toronto Area, with occasional travel throughout Ontario and Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining field work, troubleshooting, calibration, and technical problem-solving across a variety of industries and technologies. You’ll spend approximately 80% of your time onsite in the field and 20% in a lab environment, working independently while collaborating with an experienced technical team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform field service, calibration, troubleshooting, and technical support activities
• Travel primarily within the GTA, with occasional overnight travel (roughly monthly)
• Maintain accurate service documentation and collaborate with internal technical staff
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting a diverse client base

Location & Schedule:

Candidates located in the GTA - ideally near Markham - are preferred. This role operates in a hybrid model, with the majority of work performed in the field.

This is a newly created position driven by business growth and increased service demand. The team is ready to move quickly for the right candidate.
