Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an Experienced Project Biller to join the Corporate Accounting team based in Edmonton, AB. The successful candidate will handle monthly invoicing, monitor WIP, and collaborate closely with project managers and internal clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Billing Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly invoicing for assigned operating groups in a high-volume environment.
• Monitor work-in-progress and write-offs; ensure data integrity.
• Set up proposals and advise project managers on client invoicing concerns.
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding invoices and payments; address billing discrepancies promptly.
• Support other accounting duties and special projects as needed.
