What you’ll create and do:

As a Billing Specialist, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Initiate and create client records: Accurately set up and maintain comprehensive records for all clients.
  • Assemble client-provided information: Organize and manage the information provided by clients, ensuring it is readily accessible for internal use.
  • Reach out to practice staff as required: Collaborate with practice staff to gather necessary information or resolve any issues related to client records.
  • Help with invoicing and WIP clearance: Support the invoicing process and ensure that all WIP is cleared in a timely manner.

  • Flexible in terms of work schedule as services all Canadian time zones and overtime is required
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred): A degree in a relevant field such as Business

Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

Additional Information
  • Please note this is a 3-6 month full-time contract opportunity, starting from Jan 2027 (with the possibility of extension).
  • Team members work on a hybrid schedule, in office 2-3 days per week - (mandatory training in the office)
  • The Billing Specialist team services all Canadian time zones, therefore extended business hours and overtime will be required during peak periods
  • Hourly rate range for this position is CAD $21-$22.50
