Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing)
• Proven experience as Data Analyst or Performance Analyst in e-commerce
• Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, SQL, Excel and BI tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and present remotely

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs across the e-commerce business (traffic, conversions, sales, CAC, LTV)
• Use Google Analytics, SQL, Excel and BI tools to identify trends and insights
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize metrics for stakeholders
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize web elements and campaigns
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing, product, and customer experience
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to implement improvements
