Job summary

Flare is seeking a Director of Operations to scale our infrastructure and support growth. You will work with the COO to design, implement, and manage a shared services function across departments, driving automation and coordination while upholding our culture and values.

This high-impact role requires strong cross-functional leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in SaaS operations. The position supports a global scope with hours that accommodate worldwide teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations consulting or management roles.
• Must include experience within SaaS organizations.
• Prior experience within cybersecurity organizations is preferred.
• Prior experience with start up / scale up organizations is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic initiatives to enable Flare to scale while enforcing culture.
• Build a shared services function and act as an internal trusted consultant across departments.
• Facilitate annual forecasting and budgeting with Finance.
• Lead a team of shared, contract, and full-time members to execute operations initiatives.
