• 8+ years in operations or related leadership roles in high-growth D2C/e-commerce.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling processes and teams.
• Strong analytical instincts to identify time, cost, and trust leaks.
• Experience partnering with manufacturing or supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end campaign operations health and risk.
