Job summary

Prairie PoCUS, part of PRAIRIE UNITED HOLDING INC., is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and optimize day-to-day activities remotely. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7+ years progressive operations/management experience with leadership and analytical skills.
• Preferred: Master's degree or certification; multi-site scaling and healthcare/education/service experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations; establish policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
• Translate strategic goals into operational plans; monitor KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and support operations staff; build an accountable team culture.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Manage operational budgets, forecast needs, and control costs with finance.
• Oversee systems/tools; ensure regulatory, safety, and organizational compliance; build for scale.
• Serve as key contact for operational issues and stakeholder alignment.
