Job summary

Hydreight Technologies Inc. in Vancouver, BC seeks a full-time Operations Manager to scale day-to-day execution across its D2C and enterprise health platform.

You will own onboarding, fulfillment, clinical coordination, and cross-functional workflows, partnering with Medical, Pharmacy, Product, and Support teams to deliver a compliant, high-quality client and patient experience. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years leading operations in SaaS/health tech, a proven ability to build scalable

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or operational leadership within SaaS, health tech, or D2C platforms.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments (healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or fintech preferred).
• Proven experience building and scaling operational processes in high-growth companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end operational workflows across onboarding, ordering, fulfillment, and ongoing account support.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clinical teams, pharmacy partners, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes to support rapid platform growth.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and operational documentation.
• Translate business and clinical requirements into clear operational processes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to provide operational feedback that informs roadmap priorities.
• Define and track operational KPIs related to onboarding timelines, order accuracy, fulfillment SLAs, and client satisfaction.
