Job summary

HeadSource International seeks a visionary Vice President, Supply Chain Operations to steer a multi‑discipline team across supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehousing and QA. You will drive scale‑up initiatives as the company readies a second production facility and beyond, ensuring cost efficiency, quality and regulatory alignment.

You will partner with Finance, Sales, R&D, Manufacturing and Marketing to ensure operational scalability and continuity of supply, with a data‑driven approach

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive senior operations leadership in food manufacturing, CPG, or pet food industries.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Demonstrated success leading full supply chain and manufacturing organizations through scale-up in a fast-growth company.
• Deep knowledge of food safety programs and certifications (e.g., HACCP, CFIA, GFSI).
• Advanced knowledge of procurement, planning systems, ERP platforms, and logistics tools.
• Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing operational teams.
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Bonus: Experience in natural/sustainable product categories or the pet food industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership across supply chain, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and QA/regulatory.
• Oversee team performance, delivering margin, output, safety and efficiency targets.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure organisational agility and alignment with strategy.
• Own long-range planning, investment prioritisation, and budget for Operations.
