Job summary

Alliance Corporation is seeking a Director of Operations based in Mississauga, Ontario, with oversight of the distribution and logistics network. The role requires leading a distributed team, managing cross‑location performance, and driving excellence in service, efficiency, and safety.

You will own the KPI framework, staffing models, and operating budgets, while coordinating with Sales and Program Management to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading operations teams.
• Experience in distribution/logistics across multiple sites.
• Proven KPI, SOP, and budget ownership.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in modern operations systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse Managers and site leadership across Alliance locations.
• Oversee Mississauga operations and drive change.
• Develop and manage KPI framework, productivity standards, and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization without compromising service.
• Manage budgeting and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S and quality standards across jurisdictions.
