Job summary

Pattison Ag seeks a Digital Sales Specialist to qualify, manage, and convert digital leads into revenue. You will respond to inbound inquiries, identify customer needs, and conduct outbound prospecting while building strong relationships virtually.

This role offers remote work from anywhere in Canada with flexible hours, competitive salary plus commission, and ongoing training to expand product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong prospecting, lead qualification and follow-up abilities.
• Good time management and organizational skills; proficient with computers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• 2+ years of sales, business development, customer service, lead generation, or related experience preferred.
• Passion for agriculture; knowledge of John Deere and precision ag tech is a plus.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including varying shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads generated through digital marketing
• Identify customer needs and sales potential
• Conduct outbound prospecting
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships virtually
• Quote and manage sales for used equipment, John Deere Precision Upgrade Kits and SurePoint Ag products
• Collaborate with all departments to support customer needs
• Complete sales documents timely and accurately
• Stay current on products, tech and trends
