Job summary

Pattison Ag is hiring a Digital Sales Specialist to grow revenue by qualifying, managing and converting digital sales opportunities from a remote location in Canada. You will drive customer value, maintain strong relationships and stay current on John Deere products and Ag tech.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or related field, a relevant diploma or degree, and a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours including weekends may apply as part of a growing dealer network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, business development, customer service, lead generation, or related field preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads generated through digital marketing.
• Identify customer needs and sales potential.
• Conduct outbound prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships virtually.
• Quote and manage sales for used equipment, John Deere Precision Upgrade Kits & SurePoint Ag products.
• Collaborate with all departments to support customer needs.
• Complete sales documents timely and accurately.
• Stay current on products, tech and trends.
