Job summary

1Password is seeking a Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager to design, launch, and improve digital customer journeys at scale. You’ll move customers from trial through activation, adoption, and ongoing value with timely, engaging programs.

Based remotely in North America, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Customer Success, you’ll blend thoughtful messaging, data analysis, and AI-enabled experimentation to drive product adoption and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Customer Success or related fields.
• Ability to interpret customer data and translate into campaigns.
• Excellent written communication for customer-facing messaging.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and improve digital customer journeys across onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Develop targeted campaigns to move customers from trial to meaningful product adoption.
• Draft and optimize customer-facing emails and connect with education resources.
• Use signals and behaviors to identify friction and apply timely interventions.
• Monitor campaign performance with metrics and run experiments to improve results.
