Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Product-led Growth in SaaS.
• Owned or significantly contributed to lifecycle or digital customer programs with measurable impact.
• Write clear, engaging customer-facing communications and adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Interpret customer and product usage data and turn insights into campaign improvements.
• Collaborate across CS, Product, Marketing, Data, Operations, and Content teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and improve digital customer journeys across onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Develop targeted campaigns that move customers from trial to meaningful product adoption.
• Draft, edit, and optimize customer-facing emails linking education resources and digital experiences.
• Use signals and behaviors to identify friction and trigger timely interventions.
• Monitor campaign performance with engagement, activation, usage, retention, and expansion metrics.
• Partner with Data and Analytics to support dashboards and reporting; inform recommendations.
