Job summary

Talencity Inc. is seeking a Demand Marketing Specialist for a 12-month contract. This remote role in Canada focuses on demand generation, email nurturing, and marketing automation to support global GTM initiatives. Occasional HQ visits to North York may be required.

Ideal candidates have 2-4 years in B2B marketing, experience with Marketo, and strong analytical and communication skills to drive campaigns and pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in B2B marketing, preferably in field/event marketing or demand generation.
• Experience building emails and nurtures with Marketo or similar platforms.
• Self-starter able to work independently or in a matrix marketing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive insights for strategy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Demand Center Leaders in developing and executing strategic/tactical marketing plans and campaigns, including communicating results to stakeholders.
• Create campaign assets and manage internal campaign resource centers, focusing on webinars and operations.
• Create and manage Email Nurture streams to support GTM activities.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to ensure campaigns support sales objectives and are properly executed.
• Monitor campaign metrics and develop tactics to consistently deliver qualified leads for pipeline.
• Research future marketing opportunities such as events, sponsorships, and technology.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or senior leadership.
