Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Demand Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B campaigns that drive demand, nurture leads, and strengthen the sales pipeline. This fully remote role collaborates with marketing and sales teams across global go‑to‑market initiatives.

You will manage email nurture programs, coordinate webinars, develop assets, and analyze campaign performance while balancing creativity with data‑driven optimization in a fast‑paced software environment.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in demand generation, field marketing, or event marketing.
  • Hands-on experience developing and managing email campaigns and nurture workflows through marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
  • Experience coordinating marketing programs, managing multiple projects across priorities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a matrixed marketing organization.
  • Ability to build relationships across marketing, sales, and other functions.
  • Comfortable working remotely in Canada with occasional HQ visits.

Accountabilities
  • Demand Generation Strategy and Execution: Support demand generation leaders in developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing plans, programs, and campaigns aligned with global go-to-market objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities.
  • Marketing Asset Development: Create campaign assets and maintain internal campaign resource centers, ensuring marketing materials are accessible, organized, and ready for use.
  • Webinar and Event Coordination: Manage webinar-related projects and support the operational execution of marketing events, ensuring smooth coordination and effective delivery.
  • Email Marketing and Nurture Programs: Develop, implement, and manage email campaigns and nurture streams using marketing automation platforms to support prospect engagement and sales conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to align campaigns with sales objectives, coordinate execution, and communicate program details and results.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, evaluate lead quality, analyze results, and identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.
  • Continuous Optimization: Develop and implement tactics to ensure a consistent flow of qualified sales leads while refining marketing programs based on performance insights.
  • Market and Opportunity Research: Research potential marketing opportunities, including events, sponsorships, and emerging technologies, to identify new ways to reach target audiences.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Share campaign updates, performance insights, and recommendations with relevant stakeholders, while supporting additional marketing initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in demand generation, field marketing, event marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Marketing Automation: Hands‑on experience developing and managing email campaigns and nurture workflows through marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
