Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience building and scaling inbound lead generation programs in B2B fintech.
• Hands-on experience implementing on-page SEO within WordPress using Rank Math or similar plugins.
• Experience managing paid search budgets of $5–$10k per month.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; experience reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Veem’s inbound and paid lead generation strategy for SMB and mid‑market customers in fintech partnerships.
• Translate ICPs into keyword strategies, landing pages, and funnel stages.
• Identify and prioritize high‑impact opportunities to drive qualified demand.
• Own on‑page SEO strategy; implement changes in WordPress with Rank Math.
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search campaigns; scale paid media budget.
