Job summary

Copper is seeking a Manager, Demand Generation to own and optimize paid acquisition programs that create qualified demand and drive new business revenue. You'll manage day-to-day campaigns, test new channels, and connect marketing activity to ICP fit, demos, trials, pipeline, and revenue.

This hands-on, analytics-driven role collaborates with Growth Operations, Sales, Creative/Content, GTM Data & BI, RevOps and Product to improve acquisition outcomes and ROI in a remote-friendly environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand gen or paid acquisition.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and LinkedIn; capable of multi-channel planning.
• Experience across Meta, Reddit, Quora or programmatic channels is a plus.
• Strong experimentation mindset and testing strategy.
• Can connect marketing activity to ICP fit, demos, trials, pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical instincts and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to design and evaluate experiments across channels and landing pages.
• Deep understanding of measurement and attribution (GA4, GTM, UTMs).
• Experience managing large paid budgets with pacing and forecasting.
• Fluent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, RevOps, Data, Product.

Responsibilities

• Execute paid acquisition and optimize day-to-day performance.
• Drive channel performance across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and additional platforms.
• Assess full-funnel impact beyond CPL, focusing on demos, trials and revenue.
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues and recommend actions.
• Build an experimentation roadmap across channels and offers.
• Identify new channels and opportunities with structured tests.
• Manage budgeting and pacing within approved parameters.
• Forecast acquisition results and shift investments as needed.
• Improve measurement, attribution, and data feedback loops.
• Align marketing with revenue through Sales and RevOps collaboration.
• Collaborate on creative/content to improve messaging and conversions.
• Optimize landing experiences and funnel flow with Product and Growth.
