Creator Co in Vancouver, Canada is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to support demand generation, sales enablement, and marketing operations. You will run paid media campaigns, build prospect lists, perform market research, and surface insights to drive growth across the business.

This hands-on role requires comfort across spreadsheets, CRM, advertising platforms, dashboards, and AI tools, with a focus on AI-enhanced workflows and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, marketing analytics, business operations, or a related role.
• Experience managing or supporting paid advertising campaigns.
• Experienced in setting up tags, triggers, and events in Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience building email marketing and lead nurture campaigns.
• Strong research and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Daily user of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Assist in developing landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives.
• Support organic and paid growth initiatives across multiple channels.
• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with ICPs.
• Research companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities.
• Support outbound sales initiatives through list development and data enrichment.
• Maintain CRM data quality and assist with pipeline management activities.
• Support the sales team in identifying target accounts and growth opportunities.
• Build and optimize email nurture sequences for prospects and customers.
• Support lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing programs.
• Analyze email performance and recommend improvements to engagement and conversion metrics.
• Conduct research on target industries, competitors, and market trends.
• Monitor competitor messaging, positioning, pricing, and product developments.
• Develop competitive intelligence reports to support sales and marketing strategy.
