Job summary

Borrowell is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics Team. You will inform marketing and product initiatives and power personalized recommendations for 3+ million members. You’ll monitor KPIs, explore data areas, and make data accessible and actionable for various business partners.

You will partner with a designated Product Manager and cross-functional pod to drive insights, forecasting, and reporting that influence product development and business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience building data models and dashboards to inform marketing and product decisions.
• Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries and understand data structures.
• Ability to partner with product and cross-functional teams to translate analytics into actions.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize data models and pipelines daily.
• Deliver reporting, forecasting, and insights to guide decisions.
• Design and analyze experiments to support product initiatives.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
