Job summary

BCU Financial is seeking a motivated Business Insights Analyst to join the Product, Sales & Marketing team in Toronto. The role focuses on analyzing member, product, sales, marketing, channel, and operational data to drive data‑driven decisions.

You will develop reports and dashboards, provide performance insights to leadership, and collaborate across teams to improve reporting accuracy and actionable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, reporting, BI, or performance measurement.
• Experience translating data findings into practical business recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel and dashboard/report development in Power BI.
• Knowledge of SQL and data modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member, product, channel, marketing, sales and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards and KPI tracking tools.
• Prepare analytical summaries and briefing materials for senior leadership.
• Provide analysis to support management decisions, forecasting, budgeting and project evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define measurement frameworks and reporting requirements.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability of reporting outputs.
