StarTech.com is seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights across product performance, inventory, revenue and marketing. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to analyze data from multiple sources and deliver reporting that informs strategy and drives growth.

Responsibilities include building data models, creating dashboards in Power BI, and communicating insights clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s in Analytics is an asset).
• 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role with large datasets.
• Strong experience with Power BI and Power Query; advanced Excel skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Python or R; interest in AI tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze key business metrics to evaluate and improve strategic initiatives.
• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build data models and generate summary statistics using analytics tools.
• Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
