Job summary

Felix is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Leadership to measure success and drive growth. You will build scalable data models, establish analytics frameworks, and translate data into actionable recommendations impacting product strategy and business outcomes.

You will own analyses evaluating product performance and customer behaviour, using cohort retention and funnel analytics to uncover drivers of growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data roles.
• Expert SQL skills with performant, maintainable queries.
• Experience building analytics workflows with dbt.
• Strong version control with Git.
• Proven experience with retention/cohort analysis and funnel/conversion analysis.
• Familiarity with statistical experimentation and A/B testing principles.
• Experience with product launches is a strong plus.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own analyses evaluating product performance and customer behaviour.
• Develop scalable data models and analytical frameworks.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for product strategy.
• Own cohort/retention and funnel analyses to drive growth.
• Lead dbt data models and orchestrations ensuring accuracy and performance.
• Build trusted self-serve reporting and semantic data models.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders to influence decisions.
