Jonas Software is seeking a results‑driven Customer Success Manager to support clients remotely in Canada and the USA. You will drive retention, help clients optimize software usage, and collaborate with sales, product, and development teams to align with vertical needs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer success, strong communication, and comfort with CRM/CS tools. This role offers a full-time remote work setup with a focus on client outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or English.
• 5+ years supporting or implementing business software (ERP, field service, accounting, or payroll).
• Experience troubleshooting cloud-hosted applications using AI tools.
• Experience with CS and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Freshdesk or HubSpot.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate technical and product assistance to clients via phone, email, live chat, and tickets.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues, escalating as needed.
• Advocate for customers by sharing insights with product, sales and development teams.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Analyze usage data to identify gaps and opportunities for training or expanded adoption.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.
