Solink is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Low Touch) to manage a growing book of customers remotely from Canada, reporting to the Manager, Customer Success. This permanent, full-time role emphasizes proactive engagement and value realization for our AI Vision platform.

You will drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion by leveraging health signals and usage data, collaborating with Sales, Support, and Product, and helping build scalable playbooks and resources for the segment.

Formación

• 4+ years managing customer accounts in a SaaS environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• A consultative approach: connect customer outcomes to revenue growth and advocate for the customer.
• Comfort with data and prioritization: you can review a book of 100 accounts and know where to focus.
• Technical curiosity and quick learning.

Responsabilidades

• Run monthly check-ins across your book and use health signals and usage data to decide who gets a call, who gets an email, and who gets a resource.
• Drive smooth onboarding by partnering with Sales to hand off new customers and set expectations.
• Grow adoption by guiding customers toward best practices and features that match their goals.
• Protect retention and identify expansion opportunities.
• Handle escalations with care and coordinate with Support, Product, and other teams.
• Build playbooks and programs, including customer education content.
• Support Sales when needed in technical pre-sales conversations.
