Job summary

PayShepherd is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team and serve as the product expert and delivery engine. You will partner with the Relationship Manager to prove value, drive time-to-first-value, user adoption, and customer sentiment.

You will own client value attribution, advocate for customers inside the company, and drive adoption by aligning platform capabilities with client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CSM experience or in a SaaS organization would be considered an asset.
• Strong analytical skillset with the ability to interpret dashboards and data trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills; cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Own client value attribution and document cost savings, time saved, and risk reduced.
• Drive adoption by understanding user needs and showing value in their terms.
• Advocate for customers inside PayShepherd; create and track idea tickets with Product, Engineering, and leadership.
• Deliver implementations that create first value fast through config, training, go-live, and onboarding.
• Collaborate across teams to drive outcomes and scale AI-assisted workflows across the customer success motion.
