RUX Software is seeking an experienced technology leader to drive the design, development, testing, release, and support of complex Business Central and cross‑platform mobile solutions. You will mentor developers, resolve difficult issues, and improve engineering quality and delivery practices.

Qualifications

Relevant experience and demonstrated capability appropriate to the scope and level of the role.
Strong communication, collaboration, judgment, and accountability for results.
Experience in SaaS, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or RUX customer industries is beneficial where applicable.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, release, and support of complex Business Central and cross‑platform mobile solutions.
Serve as a technical leader by making sound design decisions and mentoring developers.
Resolve difficult technical problems and improve engineering quality and delivery practices.
Monitor product health and customer value realization to guide adoption and retention.
Own renewal readiness, forecasting, and mitigation of churn risks.
Conduct business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) and develop documented success plans.
Identify expansion opportunities with Sales and drive upsell where applicable.
