Job summary

RUX Software is seeking a senior technical leader to drive the design, development, testing, release, and support of complex Business Central and cross‑platform mobile solutions. You will mentor developers, resolve difficult technical problems, and improve engineering quality and delivery practices.

In this remote role, you will focus on customer value realization, driving adoption, renewing forecast accuracy, and expanding solution usage across multiple industries served by RUX.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in software development teams.
• Experience with SaaS, ERP, and Dynamics 365 BC is beneficial.

Overview

Leads the design, development, testing, release, and support of complex Business Central and cross-platform mobile solutions. Serves as a technical leader by making sound design decisions, mentoring developers, resolving difficult technical problems, and improving engineering quality and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Customer Value Realization.
• Ensure customers achieve defined success outcomes.
• Drive product adoption and usage growth.
• Monitor health scores and risk indicators.
• Proactively identify gaps in value realization.
• Retention Management.
• Own renewal readiness and forecasting.
• Mitigate churn risks early.
• Conduct business reviews (QBRs / EBRs).
• Develop documented success plans.
• Expansion & Growth.
• Identify expansion opportunities (seats, modules, usage).
• Partner with Sales on upsell execution.
• Position additional value use cases.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience and demonstrated capability appropriate to the scope and level of the role.
• Strong communication, collaboration, judgment, and accountability for results.
• Experience in SaaS, ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or RUX customer industries is beneficial where applicable.
