Job summary

Neon One is seeking a Data Migration Consultant to lead onboarding data migrations for new CRM clients, ensuring data integrity and clear stakeholder communication throughout the process. You will analyze source data, build import rules with engineering, validate results, and document the migration workflow while coordinating with Sales, Onboarding, and Support to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills required.
Meticulous attention to detail for data accuracy.
History of delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain a full portfolio of new CRM clients as their data point of contact during onboarding.
Conduct data imports by preparing complex data import rules for software engineers.
Perform data validation checks to ensure integrity, including pre- and post-migration audits.
Examine source Excel data to identify structure, quality, and potential issues.
Document the migration process, maps, and logic, and communicate with stakeholders and development teams.
Address and resolve issues during or after migration, such as import errors or discrepancies.
Manage projects by keeping systems up to date (Rocketlane, ZenDesk, JIRA, Salesforce).
Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Support to align client strategy and deliver a cohesive service.
