Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and Experience Cloud.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Salesforce certifications are an asset.
• Consulting environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the delivery of consulting engagements for clients across industries.
• Analyze business needs, design solutions, and configure and deploy Salesforce functionalities.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure project success.
• Contribute to change management and user training when required.
