Job summary

ClearRisk is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to own the accuracy of migrating customer data into our platform. You will map source data to the data model and verify transformations, ensuring the migrated data reflects the customer's business needs.

The role collaborates with Business Analysts and Implementation teammates, uses internal ETL tooling, and focuses on data quality, not just process execution. This is a full-time permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and data mapping skills.
• Experience validating data mappings and transformations.
• Ability to read data models and ask questions.
• Experience with Python/SQL coding is a plus.
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling is a plus.
• Experience handling PII/PHI or regulated data preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance and risk management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define source-to-target data mappings for migrations.
• Verify data mappings and transformations pre-load and post-load.
• Execute migrations using internal ETL tooling.
• Collaborate with developers on complex integrations.
• Document mapping decisions and rationale clearly.
• Flag data quality issues and edge cases for resolution.
