Job summary

Jonas Software – Premier Division is seeking a detail-oriented Data Migration Specialist to support onboarding of clients to the Premier Construction Software platform. You will extract, cleanse, validate, map, and import client data to ensure a smooth transition into the system.

Responsibilities include managing migrations for new implementations, collaborating with teams and clients, and ensuring data accuracy and readiness for go-live. Strong Excel and SQL basics are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data migration, data analysis or software implementation.
• Experience with spreadsheets, CSVs, databases and import/export data.
• Detail-focused with strong data accuracy and mapping skills.
• Ability to read data relationships and transformation requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage data migration activities for new client implementations, including data collection, review, mapping, cleansing, validation, and import.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Support, and clients to understand data structures and migration timelines.
• Analyze legacy data and prepare it for import into the application.
• Identify data quality issues and resolve them with clients.
• Validate and reconcile migrated data and maintain documentation.
• Support testing and go-live activities related to migrated data.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and improve processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guidance on data requirements, formatting, and readiness for migration.
