Insight is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex Microsoft 365 tenant, Active Directory, identity, and endpoint migrations. You will work with architects and clients to design, configure, and validate end-to-end migration solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.

You will leverage tools like Quest and BitTitan, develop runbooks, and deliver secure, low-disruption migrations with measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, identity, or endpoint migrations in enterprise environments.
• Practical migration experience with at least two Microsoft 365 workloads such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, or Teams.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 tenant, Active Directory, identity, and endpoint migration engagements under the direction of the engagement architect and project manager.
• Perform discovery and readiness assessments across source and target environments including tenants, AD domains, Entra ID, endpoints, and workloads.
• Develop inventories, dependency maps, migration wave plans, and remediation actions for users, groups, mailboxes, Teams, and SharePoint sites.
• Configure and operate migration platforms such as On Demand Migration, MigrationWiz, ShareGate, and native tools.
• Execute and troubleshoot migrations including permissions, sharing, mailbox delegation, and content validation.
• Provide cutover and hypercare support, document results, and coordinate remediation across teams.
