Job summary

WELL Health Clinic Network Inc. is seeking two detail-oriented Clinic AR Leads to manage accounts receivable for Eastern Ontario and Western Canada.

You will own provincial health plan, private-pay, and third-party receivables across assigned clinics, ensuring timely submission and resolution of denials. You will collaborate with operations, clinic teams, and Finance to implement consistent billing processes across fee-for-service and capitation models and to reduce aged receivables while

Qualifications

• At least three years of medical billing or revenue-cycle experience in Canadian primary care.
• Knowledge of provincial billing requirements for assigned region (OHIP/FS, MSP etc.).
• Experience resolving rejected claims and reducing aged accounts receivable across multiple clinics.
• Experience with EMR billing modules and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliations and aging reports.
• Clear communication with physicians and clinic staff to maintain billing standards.

Responsibilities

• Submit claims within payer cycles and deadlines for OHIP (Ontario) and MSP/Teleplan (West).
• Monitor remittance and error reports, correct and resubmit denied claims promptly.
• Follow up on uninsured/private-pay and third-party receivables.
• Prepare weekly dashboards on receivables, aging, and unbilled encounters.
• Train clinic staff on billing practices and maintain regional AR workflows.
