Job summary

CBI Health is seeking an Account Lead to work remotely from Canada, partnering with disability referral sources, clinicians and stakeholders to streamline referrals and deliver excellent client care. The role focuses on responsiveness to inquiries, effective coordination, and alignment of services with each account's needs.

You will ensure high-quality service, collaborate with the National Manager on growth opportunities, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical or disability coordination role.
• Experience in health, rehabilitation or vocational sectors.
• Ability to deliver timely, professional service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate regular checkpoints with account representatives.
• Maintain oversight of clinical files through collaborative contacts between clinicians and account representatives.
• Provide effective referral reviews in collaboration with the Accounts.
• Collaborate with the National Manager on challenging files and improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure accessibility to service, documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with other Account Managers to innovate service delivery.
