Job summary

WELL Health Diagnostic Centres is seeking a Cardiology Assistant Manager to supervise daily clinic operations, oversee accounting functions, and manage physician relations. The role reports to the Regional Leader and spans across WELL's Ontario network of clinics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Willing to travel to various clinics.
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• MBA or equivalent business background is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and accounting functions.
• Lead physician relations and team management at the clinic level.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and budget variances.
• Schedule staff to meet referral demand and optimize equipment use.
• Monitor KPIs and drive efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with Human Resources to recruit, motivate and manage staff.
