Job summary

Inizio Engage is seeking a driven sales professional to engage healthcare professionals across clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals in Canada. You will deliver client-driven messages, support ongoing education, and drive program KPIs through outbound calls and virtual sessions.

The role emphasizes relationship building with key influencers, data capture in CRM, and collaboration with internal teams to identify opportunities and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; science preferred.
• Experience in sales an asset (1–2 years).
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with HCPs and stakeholders by outbound calls to deliver key messages.
• Deliver selling messages based on approved strategy and POA.
• Plan and execute virtual lunch and learn sessions with HCPs.
• Meet and exceed program KPIs.
• Manage relationships with key influencers and HCPs to meet KPIs.
• Capture accurate information in CRM and submit daily activity.
