WELL Health Clinic Network Inc. is seeking a proactive Bookings Coordinator to support Longevity Assessments programs in Ottawa. You will coordinate bookings for corporate and private clients, manage outreach, and support corporate account relationships.

In this role you will handle appointment coordination, inside sales, and account management, collaborating with Business Development and Medical Operations to ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of inside sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship management and client-focused approach.
• Proficiency with CRM to track outreach and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bookings for Longevity Assessments and related programs.
• Manage client outreach via email/phone and maintain CRM records.
• Prepare clients for appointments with confirmations and prep instructions.
• Record activities in the CRM and generate reports for management.
