Job summary

Multiview Corporation, based in Canada, is seeking a Client Success Executive to lead a portfolio of existing clients, drive ROI, and expand product adoption through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

You will manage renewals, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Support, Implementation, Sales, and Engineering to ensure client value across North America.

This quota-bearing role requires strong communication, relationship management, and SaaS experience, with travel across North America.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Client Success/Account Management.
• Experience in a quota carrying role.
• Proven success managing sales pipeline and deal progression.
• Strong ability to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute account plans for a portfolio of high-value clients; build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive outcomes.
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities; manage renewals and ensure client value realization.
• Lead End Month End program adoption to ensure ROI; monitor client health and intervene to reduce churn.
