Job summary

Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA) is seeking a Financial Analyst (AR and Revenue) in Ontario for a one-year contract. The role supports accounts receivable operations, cash receipts, and reconciliations, reporting to the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

The position requires 2+ years in AR/billing, familiarity with Salesforce and SAP ByDesign, and strong Excel/PowerBI skills. A college degree or degree in business is required with accounting designations a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business or equivalent experience.
• Pursuing an accounting designation would be an asset.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in accounts receivable or related finance role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems; experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash receipts and payments and apply to Registrant accounts in Salesforce.
• Prepare daily bank reconciliations and resolve unapplied or NSF items.
• Support AR, billing, cash applications, and collections activities across programs.
