Responsibilities

Invoicing customers, applying cash receipts to invoices, and reconciling AR balances.
Prepare AR aging reports, collection forecasts, and bad debt summaries.
Investigate and resolve short payments, pricing disputes, and other deductions.
Support month-end close by reconciling AR balances and resolving open items.
Maintain customer master data, monitor credit terms, and assist with credit risk assessments.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve financial reporting.
