Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. is seeking a Care Navigator Supervisor for the Patient Programs team. This remote, full-time role reports to the associate director and leads Program Care Navigators and coordinators to deliver exceptional PSP services across Canada.

You will monitor performance, drive process improvements, support recruitment and training, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure patient-centered care and efficient operations. bilingual English/French is preferred in Quebec.

Qualifications

• A University Degree in a healthcare or life sciences-related field is preferred
• Minimum of 1-3 years supervisory or management experience; pharmaceutical/contact centre experience is a plus
• Experience in fast-paced environments with fluctuating demand

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support to PSP staff
• Monitor KPIs and SOP adherence to ensure high-quality PSP services
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on service excellence
• Oversee enrollment coordination, welcome calls, and reimbursement navigation
• Track performance metrics and identify trends for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations
