Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient documentation for reimbursement and access.
• Provide clinical and disease-state education to patients and caregivers.
• Support funding and reimbursement approval with physicians.
• Assist transitions from originator biologics to biosimilars.
• Prepare authorization and enrollment forms and other documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Maple database and other systems.
• Report adverse events per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Navigators across therapeutic areas to share knowledge.
