Job summary

Canopy Growth Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager for the Tri-Cities-Collingwood area, responsible for leading sales and community engagement in the assigned territory. This is a remote role reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, with daily operations based out of Kitchener-Waterloo, ON.

You will build relationships, sell using data, and drive territory growth. The role requires managing accounts, expanding distribution, driving brand awareness, and educating partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/account management experience, and a track record of meeting quotas.
• Experience in beverage alcohol or adjacent CPG sectors is an asset.
• Ability to work remotely and travel within the territory.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Oversee accounts in the assigned territory and establish Canopy Growth as the preferred partner.
• Brand Awareness & Engagement: Build brand recognition and drive community engagement.
• Growth & Distribution: Identify and implement new distribution opportunities to maximize market share.
• Marketing Execution: Drive initiatives to build consumer loyalty and accelerate sales growth.
• Stakeholder Education: Lead education sessions for partners and retail stakeholders.
• Territory Administration: Maintain accurate account records and data.
