Job summary

Canopy Growth Corp is seeking a Territory Manager for the Durham Region to drive sales, manage accounts, and build community engagement across the market. This full-time remote role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires strong self-starting capabilities and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Category Management, or Trade Marketing.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and in-store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounts within the assigned territory, establishing the company as the preferred partner for key customers.
• Build brand recognition and drive community engagement across the assigned market.
• Identify and execute new distribution opportunities to maximize market share, volume, and visibility.
• Drive marketing initiatives to build consumer loyalty and accelerate sales growth.
• Lead industry and brand education sessions for key partners and retail stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date account records and administrative data.
• Develop and sustain long-term account relationships in line with the annual plan.
• Collaborate with store managers and frontline staff across all locations.
• Identify promotional opportunities within regulatory frameworks.
• Execute the annual territory plan with the Provincial Sales Manager.
