Canopy Growth Corp. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales and community engagement in Saskatchewan from a remote, territory-based role. You will manage accounts, drive distribution, and build brand presence across retail locations, while reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

The role requires 5+ years in sales roles, strong KPIs, and the ability to travel within the territory. A driver’s license and CRM proficiency are essential. Competitive salary with car allowance and benefits.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of sales/account management or trade marketing experience.
• Proven track record in meeting quotas and field KPIs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote field sales capacity.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accounts within the territory and establish Canopy Growth as a preferred partner.
• Build brand recognition and drive community engagement in the territory.
• Identify and execute new distribution opportunities to grow market share.
• Drive marketing initiatives to build consumer loyalty and accelerate sales.
• Lead education sessions for partners and retail stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate account records and administrative data.
