Job summary

Canopy Growth Corp in Canada is seeking a Territory Manager for the Hamilton-Niagara region to drive sales, brand engagement, and distribution in the assigned territory. This full-time remote role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires a self-starter able to build relationships and influence partners.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales or related roles, with experience in consumer goods and travel within the territory. CAD 75k–85k plus car allowance is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Category Management, or Trade Marketing.
• Experience in beverage alcohol or adjacent CPG sectors is an asset.
• Ability to work remotely in a field sales capacity and travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell & influence territory management to establish the company as the preferred partner for key customers.
• Build brand awareness and drive community engagement across the market.
• Identify and execute distribution opportunities to maximize market share, volume, and visibility.
• Drive marketing initiatives to build consumer loyalty and accelerate sales growth.
• Lead education sessions for partners and retail stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date account records and administrative data.
