Job summary

Canopy Growth Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Ontario to lead the Canada Adult Use sales team within Ontario. The role focuses on sales performance, tactical planning, cross-functional leadership, and key customer relationships to exceed targets.

Based remotely from the Greater Toronto Area, you will manage and develop a high-performing provincial team, drive brand awareness, and collaborate with marketing to execute programs and events while maintaining compliance and achieving

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Sales, Team Management, Brand Management and event sponsorship.
• Previous Sales Management experience leading and growing a sales team, including hiring and mentoring.
• Proven track record of working remotely and achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Provincial Sales Teams’ objectives and ensure sales strategy development and budgeting aligns with Canopy Growth’s goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance and Operations to support sales plans.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth and educate customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies; manage route planning and performance against KPIs.
• Monitor budgets and spend, and optimize trade spend to maximize revenue and market share.
