Job summary

Canopy Growth Corporation is seeking a Territory Manager for Vancouver Island, based in Victoria, BC. This full-time, remote role focuses on managing sales and community engagement across assigned accounts while driving growth and brand awareness in the cannabis and CPG landscape.

You will oversee territory plans, build strong retailer relationships, and lead marketing initiatives to maximize market share. Requires 5+ years in sales or related fields and the ability to travel within the

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Category Management, or Trade Marketing.
Experience in beverage alcohol or adjacent CPG sectors is an asset; previous Brand Manager experience is a plus.
Data & tech literacy; comfortable navigating data-driven environments and CRM software.
Ability to work independently in a remote field sales capacity.
Strong relationship management and communication skills to engage retailers and partners.

Responsibilities

Sell in and influence store partners to achieve distribution targets within the territory.
Oversee territory planning, route optimization, and account management.
Drive brand awareness and consumer engagement through local activations and partnerships.
Provide education sessions to retailers and staff on products and promotions.
Maintain accurate account records and deliver on KPIs like growth, distribution, and in-store placement.
